Responsibilities:
- Conduct incoming and outgoing sales calls to potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Training and Compensation:
